About Us
Lone Pint Brewery started as a dream shared by a brother and sister, brewed twenty gallons at a time, in a modest two-car garage. After perfecting their recipes, choosing a yeast strain, and mastering the water chemistry, the duo was ready to share their creations with the world. Lone Pint Brewery was opened in 2012.
That’s how we grew into the brewery we are today, with dozens of ales and multiple brew series to our name. However, we are still a grassroots brewery with the true beer lover in mind. We continue to use raw whole cone hops to create local Texas ales that are tasty, hoppy, and quaffable.
However, the renewable energy that powers our brewery is an equally important ingredient. Spent grain is fed to a local dairy farmer’s cows and spent hops live on in our beer. Our new cans feature a compostable and biodegradable 6-pack holder.
Craft brewing is an American institution, which is reflected in our operation. Our brewhouse and tanks are from Nevada, our boiler is from Pennsylvania, our kegging machine is from California, our chiller is from Oregon, our bottling machine is from Washington, and our mill is from Canada (close enough, eh?). Point being, we kept the love at home and will always do our part to ensure that craft brewing stays an American institution.
Drink Local.
