Chain Accounts Manager
Overview:
• Build and maintain relationships with chain account buyers, which includes developing and presenting pitches based on brewery planning.
• Gather insights through sales data and distributor and sales team feedback to identify opportunites and ensure successful plan execusion.
• Serve as a liaison between key accounts and distributor and internal sales teams to ensure
objectives are met and accountabilities are clear.
Job Responsibilities:
• Pursue new key accounts on- and off-premise. Have regular meetings with buyers to sell in new products, programs, and promotional activities.
• Call on existing accounts to secure new distribution of existing products. Programs, and promotional activities.
• Communicate shared expectations between customers, distributors, and the Lone Pint sales team, including brands, programming, pricing, timing, volume, locations, support documents and any other information that will lead to disciplined execution.
• Visit key account locations to inspect execution of programming and report back results to sales team/management.
• Work closely with distributors partners and Lone Pint sales team to increase Lone Pint brand visibility in alignment with pricing, distribution, and space initiatives.
• Provides in-depth sales analysis on brand performance and category trends to help drive internal strategic planning, retail presentations, and monthly distributor meetings/planning.
• Effective communication of sales and promotional activity, monthly chain activity, pricing
information, account lists, new products, and promotional calendars.
• Work with sales manager to measure, monitor, and report on all KPIs to determine progress against strategic plans. Will develop and deliver tactical plans to close any KPI gaps identified.
• Develop and implement account level Karma survey processes to ensure execution of programs.
• Maintain consistent market visitation schedule; work quarterly target account list and visitation schedule.
• Assist in Annual Brewery Planning by providing requested annual customer overviews and category insights, along with creating volume and financial forecasts.
• Work directly with and maintain constant communication with all relevant Lone Pint personnel to promote the sale of all Lone Pint products within local and statewide chain accounts.

Lone Pint Brewery is seeking a Packaging Assistant to join our crew. The position is full-time with health insurance, matching 401k, and paid time off.
Packaging Assistant duties include cleaning and filling kegs, building case pallets from the canning line, checking carbonation and dissolved oxygen levels, and cleaning tanks. The ability to multitask is required. Professional experience and a passion for craft beer is preferred. Training is provided. There is room for growth into other roles.
Candidates must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Work can take place in a loud/wet/cold/hot environment, and strict adherence to safety standards is essential.
The position’s physical requirements include:
· Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel and crouch.
· Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals.
· Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
